Meet Jersey

I heard her when I came out of my house. Apparently she had been under this truck from noon until 5pm, crying for her mom i'm assuming. I went over and she ran under my car and got in the engine of it. Finally when we got a hold of her, we cleaned the oil off her mouth and gave her some tuna. She was really thin, and scared.

We gave her a bath, and at first kept her under a laundry basket, how ever she learned how to break out of that, and get free in the night. She was really shy, but now she's very playful.. A little too playful, but Jiffy our older cat has been playing with her now. She's only 10 weeks now, as he's 10 years. right now he's got this nasty cold, and dad doesn't like how he's been looking. So For now we've separated them to see if that's what was causing him to look so sickly.

She's pretty wild though and really only sleeps for maybe 30 minutes at a time, before she's back up playing for 4hours at a time. She's starting to finally trust us, but still kind of runs from us. We got her when she was about 7 weeks.

any how's I hope we can keep her, cause until Jiffy got sick, I believed he was happy to have a playmate. They run threw the house like crazy little horses, up and down the stairs, and then he gives her baths while she tries to bite his face the whole time.
